We have Beginners Boxing Classes!

Perfect for ages 10 - 100:

  • New Mums
  • First Time Exercisers
  • Return from injury
  • Tweens and Teens
  • Seniors
  • Your friends that are too scared to join you
  • If you think you need to get "fit" before participating in normal sessions
  • To develop your strength and conditioning to do your chin ups, kettlebells and weighted squats and get a better workout in our advanced FIGHT FITNESS CLASSES.
  • If you want to break break bad technique habits and get results
Our Wednesday 5pm class coincides with our Brave Kids Bootcamp (4-9 years) so that you can train with your kids!
