BRAVE kids self defence: strategies for fear, anger and resilience

3-10 years

Would your child;
Get in a car with a stranger?
Know what to do if being dragged into a car?
Know who to call and what to say in an emergency?

Sweat Depot® and our little soldier training program teaches:

How to ring 000
Simple protection moves if being abducted
How to escape a car boot
Alert systems to let people know they are in trouble
Strategies for fear, anxiety and anger
Learn the buddy system
And MORE...

Click here for a small video presentation of our BRAVE kids self defence from smilephotographics.

Run by qualified instructors: Erin is an ex-child abuse Detective, Jo a Kindy Teacher and Charles a former serving soldier and paramedic - and we are all qualified fitness professionals with Blue Cards.

Our trainers incorporate left and right cortex brain development, simple boxing and kick boxing technique, strength and coordination exercises and circuits (to prevent joint injury in later life).   Perfect for our A.S.D. kids.

All that learning! And we burn off loads energy with our new little friends.

How much is your child's health and well being worth?

We love our kids as much as you do.  The team at Sweat Depot will make it worth your while...

The only kids self defence training of its kind in Brisbane...
