Can beginners train at Sweat Depot?

BEGINNERS:

You are not only welcome - you are encouraged with open arms.  Give us two classes a week over four weeks and your technique will be better than most personal trainers. We are however, a high impact, non-gentle excercise.  We always train to the highest level of the fittest person of the class so that nobody goes home disappointed. So remember - train at your own level!  It is impossible to be left behind, you just do what you can and know that everybody had to start somewhere.  Don't over do it on your first class... there's plenty of time to push yourself to the limits with us in the future.

DON'T WAIT TO "GET FIT" BEFORE STARTING OUR CLASSES...  IT IS OUR JOB TO "GET YOU FIT".

I've had a chronic injury.  Can I still train?
