World's Easiest Healthy Flatbread

Here is the world’s easiest flat bread recipe.  I get Matty to cook ours on the bbq and char it at the end over an open flame....

  • Equal quantities of spelt flour/ wholemeal four and natural yogurt. 
  • Mix them together and leave covered in a bowl in the fridge (UP TO 7 DAYS, it is actually better toward the end).
  • For fresh bread need out small flat breads evenly on a flour covered surface.
  • Pan fry each side for about one minute.  You can bubble the bread by exposing it to a naked gas flame.
Serve with your dips, salad, cheeses, meat strips ANYTHING... THEY ARE AMAZING.
