Legs Eleven workout....

LEGS ELEVEN WORKOUT

20 minutes of bum burning fun...

400 metre sprint
50 squat thrusts (weight to approximately one fifth of your body weight)
400 metre sprint
50 squat thrusts
400 metre sprint
50 squat thrusts
400 metre sprint 
50 squat thrusts

Can't run?  Stuck at home? Want to mix it up?
 
Substitute the 400 metre running sprint for a 2 minute sprint with these options:
  • water running
  • on a spin bike
  • on a row machine
  • 50 metre pool sprint
  • standing knee-up sprints
  • weighted boxing straights or giant heights
