THE BABY JO - 20 minute workout
The holidays are upon us: we are torn between looking good and indulging (not so good).
The answer – a 20 minute workout that doesn’t require any special equipment, just good technique and the desire to work hard quickly.
ps: this workout was named after one of our hard working sweethearts.
Sets of 20 – 16 – 12 – 8 – 4 (no breaks)
jump squats
push ups
jump lunges
double sits
tricep jump
tricep pushes (diamonds)
tuck jumps
