CLASS STRUCTURE: Sweat Depot MMA cross ballistic strength classes truly are the best in the world. They are hard core, results driven sessions. We do NOT claim to be a gentle exercise - save that for yoga and scrapbooking. BUT - beginners all the way to professional athletes can train with our one of a kind programs. And here is how we do it...
The studio consists of 10 ceiling hung 40 kilo boxing bags to ensure the best, consistent cardio and strength training. For you that means no wrestling with foreign equipment and slowing your workout down with focus mits and inexperienced partners.
The scheduled 50-60 minute class includes boxing, kick boxing and strength technique training and correction. Our programs include interval boxing drills, circuit work, kicking and knees.
Strength is incorporated with the use of free weights, rings, kettle bells, sledge hammers, tyre throws, and dummy drags.
Participants have a choice of low impact and high impact options to cater for all fitness levels. However, we are traditionally A HIGH IMPACT class. Our classes are SMALL (4-15 people) to ensure you get personalised attention and correction.
Our instructors are so experienced that we are are able to program a class depending on who arrives. There is NO NEED TO BOOK FOR A SCHEDULED CLASS. But please arrive on time with your hand wraps and equipment ready.
You will never have a young, pimply faced, inexperienced instructor that fumbles their way through and wastes your time. We are gurus.... each and every one of us, every time.
If you are prepared to use the correct techniques you WILL develop the strongest core, leanest muscle and best fitness of your life. If you get to the end of the class and you aren't burnt to the max, then I assure you it is a matter of incorrect technique and personal trepidation.
