Tamarind and date chutney

This is an ayurveydic delicacy that heals while it ignites your taste buds with a sweet/ sour explosion.  Incredibly exotic, incredibly easy.  Serve it with your homemade flat bread, cheese, brunch eggs or with fried banana for an adult dessert. It can last about four weeks in the fridge... (good luck with that).

Boil 12 seeded organic moist dates in one cup of water for about five minutes (until reduced and moist).  Add a tablespoon of tamarind paste and continue to simmer for about seven minutes, adding a guzzle of agave syrup and a sprinkle of Cayenne pepper (optional) while you stir.

Tell me this ISN'T the easiest, most exotic nutrient dense chutney EVER?
