Paleo Pizza - grain free Italian goodness in minutes...

Your house will smell like an Italian Woodfired Pizzeria... 

Paleo Pizza

This pizza is filling, gets your five serves of veges in one slice, and is versatile to adding leftovers for topping, you and can be prepared in 10 minutes... it cooks while you drink red wine...
 
Grate: one cabbage and a couple of zucchinis and carrots.  Mix in with 4 beaten eggs, season and mould into a pizza base lined with coconut flour .

Cook the base for about 50 minutes or until crispy: the way you like it at about 180-200 degrees (fan forced)...

Then top with your favourite stuff - I added antipasto, fresh tomatoes and zucchini strips and haloumi, frozen spinach and olive oil.
